PricePulse fetches each competitor's pricing page on a regular schedule (daily on Free, hourly on Starter and Pro). We extract the meaningful text content, strip out ads and banners, and compare it against the previous snapshot. If anything meaningful changed, we alert you immediately.
We alert on changes to pricing text, plan names, feature descriptions, and CTAs. We filter out things like dates, cookie banners, and dynamic content that changes on every load. You won't get spammed with false positives.
It depends. PricePulse fetches the initial HTML response and uses CSS selector-based extraction to find pricing-relevant content. Most SaaS pricing pages include their key content in the initial HTML (even if styled with React/Vue), and those work well. Pages that require full JavaScript execution to render any content may not be reliably monitored. Full headless browser support is on the roadmap.
